a) The voltage source is in series with the current source. Since by definition a current source keeps the current passing through itself constant and the voltage source is in series with the current source, it should have the same current .
b) The same scenario is happening here and the voltage source has the same current as the current source .
why in b) 3A current source does not affect in any sense?
It has effect on the current of the resistor (=5A+3A). The current of the voltage source is the current of the current source. By definition, a current source keeps the current of the line constant. Any component which is in series with a current source has the same current passing through itself.
What is the effect of the voltage source on the load in b) ???

Say for eg. what would be the max. current of 230v source
